This should perhaps have been the first in this series, but too late now! We will be turning this from theory to reality. “Home” for us is Apache County, Arizona, one of the poorest and least populated counties in the USA, located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains at an elevation of over 6,000 feet. Our community is unincorporated, being in a rather remote location with a few thousand people scattered an area of perhaps 600 square miles. In talking with the people here, NOBODY wants this area to become part of some incorporated town (which would mean a GOVERNment! Thus we seek to build a better community within a Voluntary system, in which all are Sovereign Individuals, in which each can fulfil his perceived needs and goals in concert with others who share those same. Neither GOVERNment nor Rulers are necessary to accomplish such goals; that’s the path to true Liberty!
Because of the impossible debt which FedGov has created, we have made the case that FedGov will go out of business, being unable to maintain it’s debt payments or any of the “benefits” it is committed to pay. When our politicians sneak out of DC to run for cover, we must first survive, and then turn to retaking from GOVERNment(s) those essentials which the People have always been able to do for themselves. After all, governments are naught but an assemblage of oddball People – but are allowed to use Force against all others.
No one that I can name has ever specifically consented either to be Ruled or to cede their private Lands/Property to any Ruler or Entity whatsoever, except under duress when the Force of Laws is applied against them. Whatever “consent” might exist is not by the persons, but by long-ago ancestors, by “proxy”. Such breaches all the common law of contracts. “Legal” is rarely based upon Principle, yet is declared to be “the law”. All that will be lost in the shuffle ahead. When the collapse of our government occurs we must ignore naysayers and all those who have never thought of any other method of living except by ruler. We cannot allow those who will most surely try to take advantage of the vacuum to institute yet another tool of Force. We won’t create yet more government(s) to fail, but rather continue with a Voluntary System in which each person chooses what he wishes, but is powerless to Force his choices upon any other person.
Our “new nation” must choose to declare our Lives and our Property as Sovereign within a certain prescribed area, thus reject the Control of other entities (governments) which somehow claim the privilege of Ruling both the person and the designated Areas of Land.
Within our area (or anywhere else) there exist lands “owned” by one or another government entity, some leased for grazing, others with buildings such as schools, clinics, offices and more. City, County, State, Federal, and Reservation lands may fall within our boundaries.
Governments also hold monies, from taxes, all stolen from the “citizens” as taxes, fees, penalties, permits, licenses and more. These government Lands and Monies rightfully belong to US as Sovereign Individuals, to be used as WE deem necessary to maintain and enhance our Right to Life, and as such is to be returned. Taxation ends, whether income, property, or any other taxes — no more to be forfeited by We People to any “government” which now claims some nebulous “privilege” to steal them. After all, we are forming a Voluntary system and are thus entitled to retain all our earnings and Properties, to use those as each of us sees best for our own well-being!
Of course at some point “we the people” must proceed to take care of all matters which we have allowed governments to tend to. I’ll write more on these things as we proceed, things such as security, fire, roads and schools will promptly see entities formed to pool funds and get such things done. Not all the “savings” from being tax-free can just be spent on the fun-stuff.
It all begins with one’s Declaration of Sovereignty. We have made a beginning toward this Declaration, but there’s more to be done. Some contained here:

Be it known that I, _______________________, the undersigned, do hereby declare myself to be a sovereign individual under the provisions of the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America and that I reserve for myself all the rights and powers conferred upon the People of the United States of America by the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, which states:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution,
nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively,
or to the people.”
Recognizing that both the Federal Government of the United States of America and the governments of the several States derive their just powers to govern from the consent and will of the People, and that the People may reserve the right to throw off the bonds of servitude and oppression of a tyrannical government, as per the guarantees made in the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights, it is the incumbent duty of all the People to declare such tyrannical governments null and void according to the provisions and limitations imposed upon those governments by the Constitution of the United States of America and to either seek to establish a new and just government in adherence to the Constitution of the United States of America or, if that has become no longer possible, to declare themselves, each one, an individual sovereign entity beholden to no governance save for their own.
In accordance with these aims and purposes as stated herein, I hereby and herewith declare myself to be free of any and all governance by either the Federal Government or any of the several States of the United States of America and I hereby and herewith reserve and reclaim all the rights enumerated by the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights, as well as all natural rights not enumerated by the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, such as they are recognized to be inherent conditions of human existence. These rights shall include, but are in no way limited to the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, as well as the right to keep and bear arms, which shall be construed to mean any and all types of weaponry that may be necessary, in defense of my life, liberty and property from all aggressors whoever they may be.
A good video, but pointed only at “The United States Government”:

Shire Society Declaration
WE, THE UNDERSIGNED witnesses to the lesson of history — that no form of political governance may be relied upon to secure the individual rights of life, liberty, or property — now therefore establish and provide certain fundamental precepts measuring our conduct toward one another, and toward others:
FIRST, each individual is the exclusive proprietor of his or her own existence and all products thereof, holding no obligations except those created by consent;
SECOND, no individual or association of individuals, however constituted, has the right to initiate force against any other individual;
THIRD, each individual has the inalienable right of self-defense against the initiation of force;
FOURTH, explicit voluntary association is the only means by which binding obligations may be created, and claims based on association or relationships to which any party did not consent are empty and invalid;
FIFTH, rights are neither collective nor additive in character, and no group can possess rights in excess of those belonging to its individual members;
We hereby declare our commitment to peace, individual sovereignty, and independence, and join the Shire Society.
